In addition to our fantastic cheer programs, we offer exhilarating private lessons, heart-pounding open gym sessions, and the choice between premium and standard birthday parties to add a splash of excitement to your celebrations. Come join us and let the cheer festivities begin!

Open Gyms
Open gyms are a safe, staff-supervised yet unstructured time for athletes to work on skills and hang in the gym. Come and go as you please! These events are open to all ages; parents are required to remain on site for athletes aged 6 and below.

Private Lessons
Our staff is excited to offer private lessons for athletes looking for a little more personalization and practice. Privates are booked in 30-minute or 45-minute intervals. For individuals, 30-min lessons are recommended. Athletes are able to share a private for 45-min with an athlete at the same skill level. Rates are $30/30 minutes and $45/45 minutes ($22.50 per person if sharing). Each coach has unique availability; check our calendar for what open! Not sure who to book with? Birthday Parties
Amp Athletics is excited to offer our venue as an opportunity for a fun, indoor birthday party! Birthday party packages include a staff member(s) to assist with light set up/tear down, supervision of athletes, and 3 hours of private gym time for your event. This package includes 10 athletes (including the birthday child); additional participants are permitted with prior booking in order to allocate appropriate staff. Party availability is typically Saturday afternoon/evenings or Sunday morning/afternoons. Email us to schedule your party!
